Outdoor use only
Every panel of this label repeats one rule: do not use it indoors or in enclosed spaces. The suggested settings are outdoor ones, such as camping, fishing, the backyard, the patio or a sporting event.[1]
Don't cover the unit with anything while it runs, and don't poke it with metal tools or touch it with wet hands. Only swap the refill when the fan is switched off.[1]
Where it is used
Hold the refill by its tab, slide it into the unit, and twist the top to lock it. Twist further to switch the fan on, then clip it to your belt, waistband or purse.[1]
You can also set it on a table or bench next to you. Lay it on its clip so air circulates, away from food and from heat, flames or moisture.[1]
If you move to a new spot, give the unit a few minutes to rebuild its protection around you.[1]
Replace the refill and batteries when the warning light goes out and you no longer feel air blowing. Each refill lasts up to 12 hours of use.[1]
