πŸ”¬ How It Works

Temprid SC is a pre-mixed combination product containing two active ingredients with complementary modes of action:

Beta-cyfluthrin (pyrethroid, IRAC 3A) provides rapid knockdown and contact kill. Imidacloprid (neonicotinoid, IRAC 4A) provides systemic residual activity and works on insects that have developed pyrethroid resistance.

This dual mode of action is specifically designed for bed bug populations that have developed pyrethroid resistance β€” a widespread problem in US urban areas. The imidacloprid component kills pyrethroid-resistant bed bugs that survive the beta-cyfluthrin.

  • Highly toxic to bees and aquatic invertebrates
  • Neonicotinoid component (imidacloprid) should not be applied to blooming plants
